I couldn't disagree more with their ridiculous claims because diet pills are absolutely not the healthier way to lose weight, belly fat and get ripped.  The best way to lose belly fat and get six pack abs is by eating REAL natural food!  Too many people are looking for shortcuts and go with these diet pills thinking that they will see these incredible results...Most are very disappointed by taking diet pills and for good reason.

Way back when there were cavemen that used to live on this earth before civilization really expanded.  And guess what NONE of them were over weight and had belly fat...Why is that?  Because they ate foods that only came from "Mother Earth" since that's all there was.  Eat the right foods like vegetables, chicken breast, fish and drink water and you will not be overweight.  It is the processed foods that are really hurting us as human beings.  Now there are companies that are making diet pills for weight loss...Give me a break!  Eat natural, drink water and get enough exercise and you will be in great shape!

There is a good chance you have jumped from one diet to the next, to the next and so on.  My advice would be to stick to one plan that is known to work and help you lose belly fat and tone up without starving yourself or doing endless ab exercises.  Once you find a diet plan that you are interested in STICK to it until you start seeing results.  The majority of people fail to lose weight and belly fat because they jump around from diet to diet never giving one program an actual chance.  I can relate because I have been there myself and talk from experience.

The only way you will see results when it comes to getting rid of belly fat is by really staying insistent with ONE and only one diet plan at the time.  The people that jump around just end up confusing themselves more and more.  Additionally, this pushes them even further from their fitness goals.  Losing weight and body fat is like practicing a skill, in order to get better and see results you must practice that skill diligently.  Do yourself a favor and stick to one plan at a time for the best results!

I can't tell you exactly why you aren't losing weight, because I am not with you 24/7.  But I can give you tips and advice on where you should be going with your weight loss journey.  You see many of these people that say they can't lose weight are generally doing something wrong or are cheating in an area where they should't be cheating.  In order to lose belly fat, tone up and get six pack abs you MUST be taking the right steps to achieve this.

1.) Drink Green Tea

Green tea has been known to help people stay lean and more importantly lose belly fat fairly easily.  A cup or two of green tea a day will help you stay toned as some studies suggest that it actually promotes weight loss.  Green tea is also much better for you than coffee and has different health benefits as well.

2.) Do NOT Eat Before Bed  

This is a rule that I'm surprised so many people break.  It is not too difficult.  If you eat right before you go to bed you will add to your stubborn belly fat.  The idea is to eat about an hour or two before you sleep and not right before you go to bed.  If you're hungry and you cannot wait until the morning to eat, just make sure it is a healthy snack that you choose.

3.) Have Patience

When you rush the process of losing belly fat and getting rid of excess body fat, you make yourself anxious.  Do not put that extra stress on your mind and your body...It is important that you stay patient in your journey to losing weight and getting six pack abs.  Take it one day at a time for the best results!

You will need a blender for this smoothie recipe...here it is: 
Be creative with this and feel free to add whatever ingredients you want (as long as they are healthy).  Spinach carrots and/or kale are also great vegetables you can add to your smoothies for extra nutrition.  This is such a great substitute for say a bagel and cream cheese, which will only add to your stubborn belly fat and love handles.  Once you get used to drinking these smoothies you will start to look forward to having them every morning and especially when you start seeing some abs.  The thing about losing belly fat is that the more toned you get the more motivated you get to keep pushing but more importantly help others!

I just wanted to share with you a quick and easy meal that you can eat which is really good for staying lean and losing belly fat.  It might not be the "fanciest" meal, but it is excellent for staying slim.  Here it is:

You might think that this sounds very bland and boring but sometimes in order to lose belly fat and see results you have to be willing to break out of your comfort zone.  This is just one example of a dinner that you could eat that will help you get rid of belly fat.  There are many other meals that will do the same for you and I will be sharing a few more you in the future.  After eating this type of meal you will notice how light you feel afterwards...Instead of eating a big pasta dinner with alfredo sauce for example.  The reason why this meal is so good for losing belly fat is because it is HIGH in protein and LOW in carbohydrates.  Hopefully this will get you going in the right direction!
