But the truth is that most fruit juices are just as bad as soda and/or iced teas.  Why is this?  The reason is that these "juices" are loaded with sugars and carbohydrates that go right to your stomach area.  In fact drinking fruit juices is one of the worst things you can do if you're trying to lose belly fat.  Drink WATER...I cannot stress that enough, but too many people underestimate the power of water when it comes to losing belly fat.

There are some fruit juices that you can drink but just make sure that they contain very little sugar and carbohydrates or else you will struggle to get rid of belly fat.  Once you get used to drinking water you won't go back and especially when you start seeing results in your stomach area and love handles.  Many people have seen results just by cutting out bad drinks alone.  It comes down to having the right discipline and strength over temptations.  Losing belly fat is easy once you are really committed to it...Make this process as easy as possible on you and cut out all temptations...Eat like a caveman would for a little while and you'll see great results!

Here is an awesome smoothie recipe that will really help you slim down and lose belly fat.  Focus on having a smoothie  3-4 times a week as a breakfast shake (if possible).  If not, having a smoothie once a week will still help you get rid of belly fat and fast.  Not only does this taste great but it will really help you tone up!

You will need a blender for this smoothie recipe...here it is: 
Be creative with this and feel free to add whatever ingredients you want (as long as they are healthy).  Spinach carrots and/or kale are also great vegetables you can add to your smoothies for extra nutrition.  This is such a great substitute for say a bagel and cream cheese, which will only add to your stubborn belly fat and love handles.  Once you get used to drinking these smoothies you will start to look forward to having them every morning and especially when you start seeing some abs.  The thing about losing belly fat is that the more toned you get the more motivated you get to keep pushing but more importantly help others!

I just wanted to share with you a quick and easy meal that you can eat which is really good for staying lean and losing belly fat.  It might not be the "fanciest" meal, but it is excellent for staying slim.  Here it is:

- 1 boneless chicken breast 

- Side of broccoli, spinach or vegetable of your choice 

- Small portion of rice

- Water to drink

You might think that this sounds very bland and boring but sometimes in order to lose belly fat and see results you have to be willing to break out of your comfort zone.  This is just one example of a dinner that you could eat that will help you get rid of belly fat.  There are many other meals that will do the same for you and I will be sharing a few more you in the future.  After eating this type of meal you will notice how light you feel afterwards...Instead of eating a big pasta dinner with alfredo sauce for example.  The reason why this meal is so good for losing belly fat is because it is HIGH in protein and LOW in carbohydrates.  Hopefully this will get you going in the right direction!

How To Get Rid Of Belly Fat- My Quick Story!

When I was suffering from a belly that was 20 pounds too fat, I was frantically looking for the best answers on how to get rid of belly fat that I could find.

2 years ago I had no idea what I was doing and was eating all of the wrong foods and drinking all of the wrong drinks.  I was eating way too many carbohydrates and drinking too much alcohol.  It finally got to the point where I was disgusted at looking at myself that I had to make a change.  I was going to learn how to get rid of belly fat and fast no matter what it took!

Here is a very "down and dirty" way I lost 20 pounds of belly fat in a couple of months...

The first and one of the most important steps for anyone trying to lose belly fat is to not drink anything else but WATER!  Cut out the soda, alcohol, juices from your diet.  (Obviously drink some milk here and there for the calcium).  Green tea is the only other beverage I would recommend you drink.  Try to do this for a month straight.  You will see results just with this step alone!

Next is to cut back on the amount of carbohydrates you eat throughout day.  Most importantly DO NOT eat any carbs after 6 PM at night.  In doing so the food will sit in your stomach while you sleep and add to that stubborn belly fat making it even harder to get rid of.  Instead you want to try and eat higher amounts of lean protein like chicken breast, tuna, eggs, almonds etc. throughout the day.  (Every 4-5 days re-incorporate carbs back into your diet to energize your body for the next cycle).

Start with these steps in order to get rid of belly fat and eventually you can add in exercises to your routine like planks, jump rope, mountain climbers, push-ups etc.  Also eat as many green vegetables throughout the week as possible, as well as fruits for your best chance of losing belly fat.

Lastly, stay patient!  Losing weight or stomach fat isn't a race and should be done the right way...Once you see results you will build some momentum and it will become easier and easier to lose belly fat and tone up!

There are so many benefits to waking up before 9 AM, it's ridiculous…and especially if you want to see better results and lose all of your belly fat!

Waking up early, having a good breakfast and getting in a solid workout allows your body to heal throughout the day… 

You have the most energy after you eat breakfast, therefore it is the best time to workout...

The human body responds really well when you workout in the morning…Waking up early and doing physical exercise will help you lose fat at a much quicker pace...

My advice to you would be to get up before 9 AM, eat a good high protein breakfast, and get in a 10-20 minute workout for the best results!
