 If you're new to exercising and push-ups seem too difficult at first, start by doing "knee" push-ups and eventually work your way up to regular push-ups.  The important part is that you keep your core (stomach area) tight when you are performing this exercise for the best results.  Push-ups are a very underrated exercise for losing belly fat and toning up.

Those of you who drink alcohol are really making your weight loss and belly loss goals almost impossible.  I am going to be extremely honest with you here and say that if you drink alcohol on a weekly basis, your chances of losing belly fat are very bad

This not only goes for beer but for vodka, whiskey, wine and any other alcoholic beverage (especially mixed drinks).  If you are reading this blog post than you are at least motivated to change your habits and I recommend you do so starting today.  One of the main reasons people cannot lose belly fat is because they drink too much alcohol throughout the week.

One thing I tell all of my subscirbers is that if you drink alcohol more than once a week to quit for a 2 month period.  The results they see just from giving up alcohol and substituting it with water are extraordinary.  Losing belly fat is easy unless you make it difficult...Yes, it will take some sacrifice but so does everything else in life.  Do yourself a favor and try to quit drinking alcohol for the next 2 months and see how you feel and look.  You will not be disappointed!

I just wanted to share with you a quick and easy meal that you can eat which is really good for staying lean and losing belly fat.  It might not be the "fanciest" meal, but it is excellent for staying slim.  Here it is:

- 1 boneless chicken breast 

- Side of broccoli, spinach or vegetable of your choice 

- Small portion of rice

- Water to drink

You might think that this sounds very bland and boring but sometimes in order to lose belly fat and see results you have to be willing to break out of your comfort zone.  This is just one example of a dinner that you could eat that will help you get rid of belly fat.  There are many other meals that will do the same for you and I will be sharing a few more you in the future.  After eating this type of meal you will notice how light you feel afterwards...Instead of eating a big pasta dinner with alfredo sauce for example.  The reason why this meal is so good for losing belly fat is because it is HIGH in protein and LOW in carbohydrates.  Hopefully this will get you going in the right direction!

Stop Eating Before 8 PM At Night!

It's a good idea that if you want to lose belly fat and get six pack abs, that you try to eat your last meal and/or snack before 8 PM at night.

Anything eaten after 8 PM will sit in your stomach when you sleep and add to your stubborn belly fat.  This might take some getting used to but will be well worth it in the long run.  You will wake up the next morning feeling very "light" and energized instead of "heavy" and weighted down.  This can be difficult to do because the nighttime is when most of us like to snack, but eating late at night will make you gain belly fat instead of lose it.

Try to get into the habit of not eating anything after dinner...If you must eat something make sure it is a healthy snack like an apple and peanut butter or something along those lines.  This is a tip that will really help you get rid of belly fat and fast.  Too many people snack on chips, cookies, ice cream and junk, which is the reason why they have a flabby stomach and love handles to go along with it.  Do yourself a favor and stop eating before 8 at night...You can thank me later!
