Weight Loss Diary Day 1
Day 1:
In response to an email I received from a reader , I took his suggestion to share my next control program by publishing my weight loss journal as an article for everyone to follow weight.
I'll start with some personal details that will give you a guideline for comparison with your own progress.
- My height is a fraction over 6 feet. (1.83 m)
- My current weight is 197 pounds ( 97.5 kilos)
- My goal weight is 180 pounds ( 89 kilos) .
- My age is 65 years.
- My physical condition is fundamentally sound , but I suffer from osteoarthritis in both ankles. The left is severe the law is not really a problem.
I guess the reason to come clean on these personal data to the extent that the age or physical condition is a factor. Young citizens find this form easier.
I used this system to control my weight for nearly thirty years and it has never let me down . I use a very scientific measuring gauge known as a belt. When it gets tight I need to lose weight , it goes soft when I return to my normal routine. Usually , I allow my weight to go more than 10 pounds (4.5 kilos) before taking action. This year, he has skyrocketed due January 1 busy that flew past so quickly that I barely noticed leave my Christmas weight gain to worsen. Now I have to lose 17 pounds (7.65 kilograms ) and that's what makes it more interesting and useful to share this experience with you .
You will notice in the above paragraph , I have no doubt that I will lose and this is an important part of the mentality of weight loss. If this is the first time you tried this , you have to complete the first few goals to prove that you can , after you have the same confidence I have.

The first thing I do is to set goals. Respect and objectives is the fundamental difference between winners and losers . Here, I must be honest and tell you that 17 pounds seems like a mountain to me and I know it will take me 17 weeks to have success it. That's why I will not even look lose 17 pounds as my initial goal. My goals are listed below:
- At the end of week one I met my goal of getting a job to feed my diet every day without cheating. I will lose one pound (450 grams)
- At the end of week 2, I have increased my walking / exercise periods of 10 minutes on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 12 minutes per session. I lost 2 pounds.
- At the end of February I will exercise Monday, Wednesday and Saturday for 15 minutes each time . My weight is 194 pounds ( 96 kilos )
That's enough for today , I 'll update my goals as I go along . As you can see my weight loss goals are simple and affordable without much effort . Why ? Because we all need to begin to train our minds to achieve our goals. If I set a goal to lose 10 pounds in a week and I lost eight I'll look like a loser and soon give up. To use objectives must be achievable and they will soon stop working for us. - I walked into my first three goals in my journal and tomorrow we leave for good.
