Supplements that seem to help me maintain a good physique, that I take on a daily basis are Fish Oil, Vitamin D and Magnesium.  Not only do these supplements help me physically but they really enhance my mood and energy levels.  I feel very fatigued and tired when I do not take my supplements.  It is important that you go to your doctor to see if you are deficient in any vitamins and minerals.  Everyone is different so finding the right supplementation is up to you and your doctor.  I have definitely noticed that I had an easier time losing belly fat when I was taking these supplements compared to when I wasn't taking them.  Certain supplements can really help you enhance the overall quality of your life so make sure to talk to your doctor to see what can help you.
